The busy and hustling days were just typical for a Filipino worker. We're often in a hurry preparing for our work and sometimes preparing a meal doesn't fit in our schedule. Our task for this plate project is to come up with a go-to-grab snack or food that is marketed toward busy Filipino workers.

Since we Filipinos love silogs meals for breakfast, I thought of this crazy idea of combining pie and tapsilog in one! It's like the usual peach mango or apple pie seen in Jollibee or McDo, but this time, the pie is stuffed with tapa, egg, and sinangag.
