As I reminisced during endless lockdowns, the moment that I missed the most was being with my friends in college. Thus, illustrating them in Philippine mythology characters helped me revive the moments I am with them. The characters in this series are very well known in different provinces here in the Philippines; Kapre, Tikbalang, Manananggal, Duwende, and Sirena.
